Neil Wylie
Neil was called to the Bar in 1996 after reading Law at Manchester University. He undertook his pupillage at KCH and became a member of chambers the following year. He was appointed a Deputy District Judge in July 2010.
He has developed a wide - ranging civil practice with a particular specialism in housing and anti-social behaviour cases. Neil frequently represents both tenants, private landlords and local authorities in possession proceedings, homelessness appeals, disrepair claims and other housing matters.
Neil’s practice also encompasses personal injury, contractual and commercial cases, employment and real property, including boundary disputes and trusts of land.
Neil is a member of chambers mediation panel, having trained as a mediator in 2007. He accepts instructions to mediate all types of civil disputes.
