KCH Barristers response to recent outcome of family contacts and invite to suppliers to contact chambers.
KCH are extremely concerned with the outcome of the recent family tenders and the large numbers of solicitors who have been unsuccessful. We hope that the Bar supports the Law Society in its endeavors to seek “access to justice” and avoid the possibility of “advice deserts” via any re-assessment by the LSC.
Given the importance of fixed-fee tendering is growing in the legal environment and that the recent round of family franchise tenders has provided some surprising and salutary lessons, KCH Chambers would welcome solicitors and other suppliers to government and other large institutional purchasers of legal services to contact us to discuss the;
* A formal fee agreement with Chambers
* Establishing a formal or semi formal association between KCH Chambers and your organization
* Providing feedback on the level of service provided by KCH Chambers, an individual Barrister or member of staff with a view to creating a more meaningful QA system.
* Joint marketing initiatives.
Please feel free to contact our new Business Development consultant, (details below) Ian Dodd (idodd@kch.co.uk) or the senior clerk, Russell Hobbs (rhobbs@kch.co.uk) to arrange an appropriate time to discuss matters. Alternatively please call KCH on 0115 9418851
